Description

15 per pack (medium) South African Indian style beef mince cooked with fresh herbs and spices and wrapped in a thin traditional samoosa pastry. (not filo pastry).

Ingredients

Pastry (Refined wheat flour, Water, Salt, Edible vegetable fat(palm based), Class II preservative(E282), Beef mince, Onion, Oil, Ginger & Garlic, Chilli’s, Mixed Spices, Seasoning, Tomato, Salt, Herbs. For allergens including cereals containing Gluten, see ingredients in BOLD.

Cooking Instructions

Cook directly from frozen. For best results, pan fry.

Pan fry for about 4-5 minutes in a little vegetable oil on a medium heat until the samosas are golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.

Deep Fat Fryer – fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.

 

These are guidelines only as all appliances vary. Take care to avoid hot oil splashing. Samosa should be cooked thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly, as it will be piping hot.

Store in freezer in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn and cracking.
